Parking policy needs reconsideration!!! The water pressure fluctuated dramatically, and the room lacked adequate storage for luggage!!! Communication among staff requires urgent improvement!!!

The Giraffe Beach Hotel impressed me with its stunning ocean views and wonderful staff. They were quick to help when I needed special requests, making the stay more enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide variety, and I loved the fresh fruit and juices while overlooking the sea. The room was spacious and bright, perfect for a family getaway. However, the air conditioning wasn't always consistent, which made it uncomfortable at times. Also, shower pressure could use improvement. Aside from these minor issues, the aesthetics of the hotel and the overall atmosphere were delightful.

The location is excellent, right by a clean beach, making it easy to relax. Our suite was spacious and well-equipped, adding to our comfort. We particularly enjoyed the large portion of cake and coffee from Grab & Go, alongside delicious grilled prawns at Twiga. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, especially when we needed assistance with a special request for a ginger drink for a child's upset stomach. However, inconsistent hot water was an issue during our stay.

I loved my stay here, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I needed a takeaway breakfast for my early morning departure, which is a rare find in most hotels. plus, the location is fantastic, with a lovely beach just a short walk away and exciting nearby spots like Water World and the beautiful Mbudya Island ready for exploration.

We had a delightful stay in a lovely Courtyard View Suite, where the swimming pool was fantastic and the decor outside was stunning. The hotel offered great relaxation with sun loungers around the pool and a peaceful garden area to unwind. While breakfast could use some improvement, it didn't take away from our overall great experience. 🌟

Amazing stay by the beach!

Just spent 4 nights here and I loved it! Super clean, and the vibe was chill. The restaurant had the best food, especially the fresh fruit juices. I appreciated all the help from the staff. One little thing was the hot water took a bit to heat up sometimes, but didn’t ruin my stay at all!

A disappointing new year escape

The hotel property is visually appealing, showcasing vibrant designs and stunning views. The beach area was quite clean, perfect for relaxation after a long day.

However, our experience was marred by discourteous staff and significant maintenance issues. The lack of hot water and cleanliness significantly detracted from our stay.
